Shawn is the co-founder and CEO of JMI, a global provider of software development, product engineering and IT services headquartered in New York City serving clients from small & medium business to the Fortune 500 since 1997.
Shawn has a strong technology and management expertise in the Information Technology sector and has been involved in management, consulting practice management, operations, software services definition, corporate business planning, delivery and expansion of the organization.
Prior to starting JMI, Shawn was instrumental in implementing various Banking and Investment Banking products and solutions for organizations like Citigroup and Goldman Sachs. Shawn's specialization includes Object Oriented Engineering, Distributed Computing and Software Re-Engineering.
Shawn holds a Master of Computer Science (MS) from Kansas State University.
Vice President of Client Services
Mike joined JMI as vice president, Client Services in January 2015. He is a proven enterprise technology executive with more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise-level brands to meet and exceed their revenue goals. In his role, Mike oversees JMI’s North America Sales Operations, Business Development, Strategic Alliances and Account teams.
Prior to JMI, Mike held several leadership positions, notably vice president of Sales and Business Development at Digital Brandworks, and vice president Sales at Ambius. In those roles, he helped to build and define partner value and the model for hyper-growth and innovation with and through partners. Mike started his career at Roadway and Cintas building trusted C-level relationships by providing outstanding service leadership and commitment to value first.
Mike holds a bachelor of science (BS) in Management and Organizational Behavior from Rider University.
Vice President of Market Automation
At Jean Martin, Kathir leads a team of go-getters that are focused 100% on helping clients achieve business results. His teams provide services/solutions that are quick and cost-effective.
Kathir brings a unique background of over 18 years of global Salesforce CRM experience with roles in Products/Pricing, New Product Development, Business Development, IT, Sales and Marketing to my clients. During this time he has accumulated extensive knowledge in CRM, CPQ (Configuration, Pricing and Quoting) and CLM (Contract life cycle management)
Prior to Jean Martin, Kathir has co-founded several start-ups in Sales, Marketing Automation and Field Services. He has an MBA in Sales and Marketing.

I lead the Financial Services Practice of Jean Martin. My team provide services and solutions that give my clients a structural competitive advantage. I have over 18 years of broad range of experience, from running sales to managing products and implementing large scale transformation, in banking and brokerage.
Over this time period I have accumulated deep knowledge in sales, service and customer engagement processes and technology. Today I focus on using technology, established and emerging, to help transform our sales and client experiences.
